WorkerB LLC provides software for landscape and construction professionals to manage proposals, scheduling, project communication, and customer notifications.
WorkerB LLC operates as a software platform and independent software vendor (ISV) in partnership with messaging providers. Landscaping and related businesses are customers of WorkerB and use our product to run their operations.
For SMS, each landscaping company is the end business and the brand shown to its customers in message content (for carrier registration purposes, that business is the A2P brand). WorkerB provides the tools and infrastructure; we are not the customer-facing sender name in the text message.
SMS messages are sent to the landscaping company’s customers only in connection with active service projects managed in WorkerB, after the business collects consent.
SMS messages are strictly transactional and relate to active service engagements.
Messages are sent only to customers who have an existing relationship with the service provider. No marketing or promotional messages are sent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help—the same core disclosures as the live web opt-in form.

Customers provide their phone number directly to the landscaping company during project consultation, scheduling, proposal review, or contract agreement. The landscaping company collects consent; WorkerB does not replace that relationship.

Only customers who agree (via the live web opt-in form and/or verbal consent, as applicable) are enrolled to receive SMS for that relationship. Full documentation is on our SMS consent & opt-in page.
We process phone numbers, customer names when stored by the business, and project or contact details needed to send contextual transactional messages. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; service providers may process data only as necessary to deliver SMS and operate the service.
