Program description

You may receive texts such as:
- Job scheduling notifications
- Job reminders
- Proposal delivery (for example, a link to view a proposal)
- Service updates
- Billing notifications
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on project activity (for example, how often jobs are scheduled or updated).
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out of these messages. Reply HELP for help.
Support
For help with the messaging program, reply HELP to a message from your service provider or contact support@myworkerb.com.
Opt-out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive WorkerB Project SMS messages from that business unless you provide consent again to your service provider.
Consent
Your service provider obtains consent before sending these messages—through the live web opt-in form, verbal consent, or both—as described on our SMS consent & opt-in page. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase (or of purchasing services from that business), where applicable law applies.
Data we collect and how we use it
We process mobile phone numbers and related project or contact details that customers provide to their service provider for project-related communication. We use that information to send and deliver transactional SMS through our messaging providers and to associate messages with the correct project and business account in WorkerB. We do not sell mobile numbers or use them for unrelated marketing.
Sharing and marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to deliver SMS communications and operate the service. Messaging delivery may involve technical subprocessors (such as a carrier or messaging provider) solely as needed to transmit the message.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use and protect it, and how to contact us with privacy questions.
